CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings must have a card on file when booking. *It won’t be charged until the service is complete. *All appointments that are cancelled within 2 days before your scheduled time will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked. ALL no shows/day of cancellation will result in 100% of the service fee. *if you’re more than 10 minutes late to your spray tan, it will be considered a no show and must be rescheduled. *Failure to comply will result in being denied further bookings. If repeated cancellations happen, a 50% non refundable booking fee will be required before scheduling an appointment.
